Blk Dot Coffee, a local coffee shop, wanted a responsive website for desktop and mobile and a website redesign.

Goal

Find out the needs and frustrations of coffee drinkers visiting coffee e-commerce websites.

Conducting Interviews

After I assessed the successes and pain points of competitors, I concluded that our target audience were coffee drinkers 18 to 34 years old. I proceeded to conduct user interviews to gather more quantitative and qualitative research.

I interviewed 5 participants ranging from ages 18 to 26, and came to these conclusions:

“As a coffee drinker, I want to have a simple interface when ordering coffee, so that I can order as quickly as possible.”
